What’s the name all about? Seconds after hearing it, people can’t help but ask. It’s not that amazing really. More like a small act that represents an entire way of thinking.

Basically, it is a refusal to accept the norm just because that’s the way it is. It is a reminder to question everything, and then decide for myself what the best option is.
So how does it work?
It’s simple. If you want to join this small act of rebellion, stop setting your alarm clock for any time that ends in 5 or a 0. Have you ever wondered why you do that? Why do you wake up at 6:30 instead of 6:31?
I used to get up at 6:30. Now I get up whenever I feel like it. How about you?
