A while back I had a client who was writing her first book. She was extremely overwhelmed by all of the things she had to do in to get this thing off the ground. Where to publish, how to publish, how to format, editing, marketing, the list went on and on.

Over the course of a 1 hour clarity call, we hashed out all of the blocks standing in her way, and then I reminded her of a simple tool she could use to sort out any lingering thoughts that threatened to cloud her judgment.  This helped her get back on track, gain focus, and remove the frustration that comes with being overwhelmed by having too much to do.

Today I am going to show you how to use this tool to out of your head and getting on with getting in.  It is the quickest easiest technique I have found for sorting out that crazy swirling mass of thoughts that is inside your head and keeping you from taking action.
